Where we ship
We ship to most serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners.
Dispatch time
In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days depending on your location. Live plants and livestock may ship only on specific days to avoid weekend transit.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹1,999. A flat shipping charge is shown at checkout for smaller orders. Bulky items such as tanks, cabinets and large bags of substrate may carry an additional charge, which will be confirmed before dispatch.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also check status on the Track Order page.
Damaged parcels
Please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if anything arrives damaged so we can arrange a replacement.
