Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns
Unused products in original, sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, live plants, livestock, opened liquids, fertilizers, food and substrates cannot be returned.
Damaged or defective items
If a product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Warranty claims for electrical equipment are handled according to the manufacturer’s terms.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item. Cash on Delivery refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
