Products and pricing
We try to describe products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary slightly from photos. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and will contact you before dispatch if an order is affected.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received or a Cash on Delivery order is verified. We may decline or cancel orders in case of stock issues, suspected fraud or incorrect pricing, and will refund any amount paid.
Live plants and livestock
Live products are shipped with care, but natural variation in size and appearance is expected. Please acclimatise plants and livestock properly on arrival.
Liability
Aquarium equipment must be installed and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from improper installation or use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
